What to include
The more precise the note, the faster we can help.
- A report that did not arrive, or a payment that went through without a PDF
- The email address you used at checkout, if the message is about a report
- The star name and the language of the page, if the message is about a reading
- A correction, if a page states something you believe is wrong
Privacy
For a privacy request, use the same address and put “Privacy” in the subject. We reply to that address.
